BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 1900 block of Willow Street, being on the southeast line of Willow Street at East 20th Street. Lots 8-14, block 17, Oak Grove Park, as shown by plat of record in deed book Z, volume 8, page 673, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book M, volume 11, page 599, ROHC, deed book M, volume 11, page 597, ROHC, and deed book 1934, page 630, ROHC. Tax Map No. 156G-D-7-9. from R-2 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Submittal of an off-street parking plan approved by the City Traffic Engineer. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
